Fab Studio’s designer-in-chief Asia talks about her gorgeous dangling designs

What are you inspired by?
I’m inspired by different events and happenings that have an impact on my feelings. If I hear beautiful music or see beautiful art—things like that. Mostly beauty.

Were there any particular collections you loved from the Spring 2010 shows?
I really liked Alexander McQueen this year. My good friend is a fashion journalist so he showed me the photos right after Paris fashion week.

What albums have you been listening to lately?
Madonna. I love the new song “Celebration”.

Three things you can’t live without?
My cat, intelligent people and energy.

Is there a certain type of girl who you envision in your designs?
Of course—the biggest stars in the world! I would love to see Madonna in my jewelry.
